It’s been revealed in the winter 2013 issue of Shonen Jump Next that popular sports anime Kuroko’s Basketball will be getting a second season.
Based on the manga by Tadatoshi Fujimaki, Kuroko’s Basketball follows high school student and prodigal basketball player Kuroko as he and his team try to make their way to the finals. Kuroko’s specialty is using misdirection to seemingly have no presence on the court and pass the ball at lightning speeds before the other team has a chance to react.
The first 25-episode season aired earlier this year, and can be watched on Crunchyroll.
